Facebook / social networking can locate a missing person and we can all sigh of relief who were concerned.  Such a "viral loop" is similar to what happens when a "snow day" is declared in a community, and the school principal triggers the phone calls which lead to a chain of calls that results in all children staying home for the day. 

The same technology can be applied to larger issues in the world.  One good example is how children are taking matters in their own hands to stop talking and start planting. 

A Better Community For All (ABC4All) has been in development for 13.5 years, and as a grassroots organization operating via volunteers with no funding, it has been possible to set up a "Network that Works."  Now there is underway a series of thrusts which can lead to Global Humanitarian Relief (GHR) for anyone alive who is receptive.
